Pointless, won't log me in. Plus, anything that forces me to install an app just to download something I have already purchased, an app which surely collects a bunch of data about my device that I cannot refuse because I need my tickets, will always get a negative score from me.
Layout er forferdelig på min Samsung A42. Tekst sklir over hverandre Rotete dialog for å få kjøpt billetter. Hang når jeg ville betale med Vipps. Nei Vy her må dere gjøre appen enklere både visuelt og funksjonelt. Og selvfølgelig støtte dark theme

Pathetic excuse for an app. Developers should be embarassed. Payment fails 3/4 times, selecting a seat does not work. Hard to see you tickets, UX is absolute trash. I mean, selecting the date is the second thing I want to do after destination, but that is somehow hidden under a menu?? with the only the date option?? I bet the consultants who made this are laughing all the way to the bank after scamming whoever was gullible enough to buy this app
Completly useless app.
Worst ever app ..couldn't login to download the ticket in the app!! They don't send the ticket to email for short trips either! How the hell do I download the ticket??
Cannot login. When you create a new account you cannot claim your ticket with the booking number. A totally useless app.
Måtte få en venn til å hente meg, fordi toget var forsinket med 30 min og det ikke kom flere busser. Hvis toget er forsent, så forventes det at bussjåføren får beskjed om å vente 5-10 min ekstra. Slik at de som kommer med forsent tog, kan komme seg hjem midt på natta etter jobb...
'Home screen' is so slow that the screen turns off with an unavoidable refresh that also times out. Also unable to buy tickets in this app using a twin-sim: -(2FAcode never received), Ruter app works; -Vipps is blocked, log-in does not work, and 'confirmation code' is never sent. 👎
Extremely uncomfortable seats are available on these trains!
